Exotic Gardens of Bouknadel
Created in 1951 by French horticultural engineer Marcel François and open to the public since 1961, the Exotic Gardens of Sidi Bouknadel pack an astonishing range of plant life — bamboo groves, palm forests, a Japanese garden, and rope bridges through dense jungle-like canopy — into a compact site midway between Rabat and Kénitra.
